This was our third year (Feb. 2020, 2021, 2022) staying in 240F, which is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo, just a few steps from the beach. The bedroom furniture, mattresses and curtains have been upgraded since last year. It’s clean, roomy, and has an open floor plan but nice privacy in the bedrooms - each have private bathrooms attached. There is a covered garage area for parking, and it’s just 1 flight of stairs or an elevator ride to the condo from there. WiFi was reliable for the few zoom calls I had. The pool was nice too since it was heated. It’s not far from stores and restaurants either. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to make home cooked meals. Definitely booking here again! 5 stars!  February 2022

 

Fantastic condo stay at Island Beach Club! Plenty of space to feel at home. Great amenities inside and gorgeous view of the ocean from the screened in porch. Owners had just replaced the furniture with stylish, modern and very comfortable pieces!!! Beach is just a short walk away. Can't wait to come back again soon.  August 2021

This unit is very nice, quiet and well-stocked. Even though the building is not right on the beach, the view of the gulf is quite expansive! Very private as well. Kitchen is gorgeous. Plenty of comfortable seating and dining table can seat 8. 
Very large master closet! 
Blinds are problematic but I’ve heard they’ll be replacing them. 
Only caveat is the beds. Sleep number mattresses can be adjusted in firmness but not very comfortable for us.  The master bedroom is very spacious and should have a king bed in it. 
Otherwise, excellent unit! More like 4-1/2 stars.  

 

Everything was very functional. Kitchen is well equipped,  Newer Smart TV.  Nicely decorated.  Master Bed was adjustable with firmness.  Very nice dual shower heads.  Plenty of storage.  Nice lanai furnishings.  Blinds are a little tricky but there are two adjustments.  Most fans and lights have remote control.  The view is nice of the gulf.  it is very close to the elevator.  THUMBS UP!

The condo is well equipped, nice decor, nice view of the gulf, near the elevator (but only one floor up), kitchen appliances are very nice and clean, beautiful blinds, hose available in carport for washing and I have met the owners and they are very pleasant to work with. I have no complaints or suggestions to improve. It was a very nice stay for the entire three weeks!
