Sandpiper Beach 206 is a very clean, well-appointed condo located on a quiet dead end street adjacent to Gulfside City Park Beach. Recently renovated since Ian with high-end appliances, dinnerware and furniture. Comfortable lanai chairs with a great view of the beach.

This condo was just as beautiful in person as the pictures. Living room furniture was super comfortable. Kitchen table had a built in leaf to expand and seat 6. Amazing view from lanai - with corner couch which wasn't in pictures.. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals - even had a crockpot. Ceiling fans in all rooms and tall oscillating fan in master bedroom closet. Master bed was on the firm side. Extra towel/swimsuit drying rack in master closet. 4 beach towels provided by VIP. Super great location - top floor and end unit of building.

Love this condo. It has a beautiful view, is very well appointed and maintained. VIP personnel are wonderful to work with. Loggerhead Cay has made a remarkable recovery from the hurricanes of the last two years. Thank you for this lovely oasis.

The condo was even nicer than the pictures reflected. It has new plantation shutters on all windows. We loved our stay and had a beautiful view of the beach. VIP was so accommodating and kind to work with. There were 4 beach towels in the condo and a couple of chairs, floats and an umbrella which we were not expecting based on previous reviews. Everything was so clean and lovely! Thank you Shorewood 1B and VIP for an amazing family vacation! It was great to be able to get back to Sanibel!

Lovely unit, beautifully decorated. VIP was great as they had to move us to this unit die to issues in another unit. Awesome service. Happy to see the islands coming back so well.

Lovely view, clean and spacious rooms.. Everything seem to work properly. Only negative is the lamps in master bedroom are hard to turn on and off for short people. Since that sit on top of the bed frame. Enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this unit now three times and love the rentals. The rental renovations are great. Things we love about the unit include the screened in porch (great for rain and bugs), room to move, 3 full baths, and laundry room, nice stock of kitchen tools and pans, always clean on arrival, and best of all is the view from the unit of the bay! The pool is nice and the plants really make the place look beautiful.

VIP was great to work with. Checking in and out was easy. Condo was gorgeous and very clean. Would be nice if they had beach chairs. Master bedroom was really hot when rest of condo was cool.

Another amazing rental experience with VIP Vacation Rentals Sanibel and Captiva! We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious and updated, the furniture beautiful and only steps to the beach. A few issues were promptly taken care of by the VIP staff. Highly recommend!
