As of January 2025, major construction continues at Island Beach Club post hurricanes Ian, Helene & Milton. The complex is undergoing concrete restoration in various areas and the pool rebuild has not yet started. We hope that the association will communicate reopening dates soon, but for now we are not taking reservations for arrival dates before November 2025. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to make our accommodations even better for your stay.

I have used VIP for a number of years for condo rentals. We have always had a positive experience. The ease of booking and check in and out is the best. We have stayed in several of the condos on the one particular property and have enjoyed every one. We will continue to use VIP in the future. June 2022 

Very elegant, comfortable, clean, and roomy “penthouse” condo. Great layout! Perfect for four adults. Easy access to gulf and beach. Loved it!   November 2021 

Loved this unit.  Spacious, excellent light.  Felt like I was in a tree house.

Was able to bring the little dog who enjoyed the quiet trails.  Area for walking dog on property were great.  Quiet, just steps to the beach.  Good central location.  My only wish is for the mattresses to be replaced.  July 2021
