Pointe Santo A37

We have been to Sanibel countless times over the years, but no place can top this unit in Pointe Santo. Breathtaking views! Super clean unit! Quiet complex! Great beach access! Beautiful pool!  It was a great place to spend with family. 

Review of Pointe Santo A37 Splendid  Stunning sunset views. Usually we head to the beach to watch the sunset, but this week we watched right from the condo, it was a nightly ritual. (You can also watch the sun rise from the lanai, but the glowing sunset fills the whole living room / dining room / kitchen areas. Generous floor to ceiling window views of the Gulf and toward the west. This unit takes full advantage of being on the corner of the building that's closest to the Gulf. The roar of the gulf's ocean waves fills every room, very relaxing Interesting layout that has the 2nd bedroom and kitchen in the middle of the unit, the bedroom has openings on 3 sides. The kitchen has granite countertops and an electric smooth stovetop (ceramic maybe?). The refrigerator dispenses tasty filtered water, which meant we didn't have to buy 5 gallons of spring water since Sanibel tap water tastes a bit brackish. This unit is spacious and modern, we hope to rent it again. If you don't know about Pointe Santo, the complex is quiet and friendly, great heated pool & hot tub that our kid lived in most of the day. The beach is wonderful, though I wore waterproof sandals in the ocean to get through the shell bed. There are no restaurants at Pointe Santo (Casa Ybel is the closest), although the pool clubhouse sells ice cream and smoothies during the day, and has activities for the kids. Sanibel Island is loaded with great restaurants and Bailey's grocery and hardware store, a short bike ride or 2 minute drive down Tarpon Bay Road. every other conceivable pot, pan, kitchen tool, appliance including a 4 slice toaster, were available.  We appreciated the full range of channels available.
