Pointe Santo is a NON-SMOKING complex. There is smoking allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed on lanais.

Great service from VIP. Price to value isn't ideal and the pool needs to be quite a bit bigger to accommodate that many families and kids. All in all, a solid place to visit but could use improvement  March 2022

Phenomenal property and the service that VIP provided was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

The condo was very nice. We stayed in it last year and liked it so much we booked it again this year. We have already reserved it for 4 weeks for next year. 

Pointe Santo D41 Nicely Remodeled Condo at Pointe Santo

This was our first time in a 4th floor unit. The views were amazing.
