Boasting a king bed in the master suite and both a queen and a twin in the guest bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and an array of extras, this condo ensures the comfort and convenience of home amidst the tranquility of a tropical island retreat. Situated on the first floor, its prime location offers a clear view of the Gulf from the screened lanai, along with close-up sightings of the numerous shorebirds frequenting the fresh water lagoon. Step out from the lanai to enjoy walkout access to the beach, pool, and outdoor grill, just a few steps across the courtyard. With a reserved parking space just steps from the front door, convenience and relaxation seamlessly intertwine in this idyllic Sanibel Island haven.

Pointe Santo is a NON-SMOKING complex. There is smoking allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed on lanais.

My family has been coming to Point Santo Sanibel on and off since early 1980s using VIP Everytime. Easy to make reservations and pick up keys or combinations. VIP has always been available for questions and help. We also always recommend them to others. Loved our condo .

Have stayed at Ponte Santo many times before always a favorite. Nice unit D7 NICE furnishings good location. Can't say enough about the cleaning during these difficult times.They were wiping every last thing down from the hard surface on bed to the toaster everything.Thank you VIP!!
