This spectacular condo is 3 stories high with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, (on the first and third level) and each level has a very spacious screened balcony with a Gulf view. 3400 square feet looking directly at the beach.
Perfect for large families. Located on Middle Gulf Drive, this spectacular unit has 3 separate living levels all attached by elevator or a spiral staircase within the unit. Has 2 full kitchens and screened porches on every floor with gulf and pool views! STRICT 10 person limit.
1st floor bedroom has 1 Twin and 1 Full size bed 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has 1 Twin and 1 Full size bed The top floor 3rd floor bedroom has 1 Queen.

Appliances and furnishings are top notch. One of the few condos on Sanibel which can accommodate 10 with plenty of space. Nice small pool, quiet property, and close to the beach. Three stories of living space with two kitchens. Main kitchen is very well equipped. Some basic beach furniture and toys were found jin the garage, but no beach umbrellas. Elevator was convenient for older renters. One minor inconvenience: there are no barbecue facilities on this property. July 2022 

Excellent condo for a large family.  Very updated with close access to the beach and nice private pool.  Centrally located on the island. June 2022

Really nice location and property. Been staying at Sanibel for many years and this was by far the nicest. Stayed to ourselves mostly due to Covid-19 concerns but pool, screen porches, condo layout, bicycle trails, shelling made it great. Thanks   July 2021

We are two families plus a set of grandparents and we all had our own space, plus excellent communal space. Right on the beach, beautifully decorated, it was really nice. Overall, this unit is even better in person than we imagined and it was a wonderful week on Sanibel. Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo with us! We would return to this unit again and again!  _
