Please note that construction is currently underway as we recover from the impact of hurricane Ian. This expansive 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a den boasts direct gulf-front location, offering awe-inspiring 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large wrap-around balcony. With accommodations for up to 6 guests, including a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo is perfect for families or groups seeking beachfront bliss. Please note that the den does not close off. As a guest of VIP Vacation Rentals, you'll enjoy complimentary access to gulf-side heated pool, grills, and miles of pristine white sandy beach for leisurely strolls and relaxation. Indulge in poolside drinks and dining at the onsite bar and restaurant, or unwind with tennis and spa services available by reservation for a fee. Please be aware that certain amenities, such as the main swimming pool, beach equipment, and fitness center, may not be available to guests renting privately or through rental agencies. Loved this spacious condo - lots of living room/seating space, amazing wrap around balcony, and very close to pool/beach. Bathrooms are a bit dated, but with that view, no one minded  July 2022
